【摘要】 目的:观察肉碱复方制剂对急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者氧自由基(oxygen free radical,OFR)的影响,评价其在ACS治疗中的临床价值。方法:急性冠脉综合征患者共40例,随机分为治疗组(A组,20例)口服肉碱复方制剂10μl,日2次,连续30d,余同B组;对照组(B组,20例)常规治疗。测定A、B两组治疗前后血清TG、CHO含量等相关指标。结果:A、B两组于治疗后较治疗前血清TG、CHO、LDL—C浓度均明显降低,HDL-C显著升高(P<0.01),A组明显低于B组(P<0.01);并发症及心绞痛发作情况明显改善。结论:肉碱复方制剂可以减轻氧自由基的损伤作用,保护急性冠脉综合征患者缺血心肌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects on OFR activity of using complex pharmaceutics containing carnitine and pecorino (CP) on the ACS patients. Methods: 40 in-patients with ACS is were divided into two groups randomly, the CP therapy group ( group A, 20 cases) and the WM therapy group (group B,20 cases). Twenty healthy blood donors were served as controls.In group A is given CP 10 ml ,bid p.o. for 30 days, and other administrations were the same as that of group B which used routine WM therapy. Results In two groups, TG,CHO,LDL-C after therapy were significantly lower than that before; HDL-C was significant higher (P<0.01).There was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.01).In group B after therapy angina and complications decreased significantly(P< 0.05). Conclusion CP could alleviate the injury of OFR and had protective function on injury myocardium in ACS patients.更多还原
