【摘要】 目的:分析临床常用的5种抗心律失常药物(美西律,普罗帕酮,美托洛尔,胺碘酮,维拉帕米)致老年患者缓慢性心律失常作用。方法:收集本院收治的36例老年患者常规剂量5种抗心律失常药物治疗中,新出现的缓慢性心律失常类型及转归。结果:严重窦性心动过缓以用美托洛尔最多见,其次为普罗帕酮;窦性停搏以联合用药易发生;房室传导阻滞以服胺碘酮者居多,其次为联合用药者。除胺碘酮外,多数在用药1～2d内发生。结论:缓慢性心律失常主要表现为严重的窦性心动过缓,窦性停搏及房室传导阻滞,且多数在用药1～2d内发生,胺碘酮在用药4～6d内发生。用药后应密切观察,但一般转归较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the side effect of five antiarrhythmic(Mexiletine,Propafenone,Metoprolol,Amiodarone,Vera-pamil)commonly used cause elderly patients suffer from bradyarrhythmia.Method New types of bradyarrhythmia and outcome predic-tions of 36inpatients with the usual dose of antiarrhythmia were collected.Results Serious sinus bradycardia was mostly caused by Metoprolol,Propafenone is next;combination of drugs caused sinus cardiac arrest easily;A-V block often caused by Amiodarone,combination of drugs is next.Bradyarrhythmia mostly attacked after treatment (in the first two days)except Amiodarone.Conclusion Bradyarrhythmia was showed by serious sinus bradycardia,sinus cardiac arrest and A-V block,most of them attack after treatment (in the first two days),amiodarone affected latter(the4th to6th days).Close observation after treatment was important and outcome pre-diction were usually good.更多还原
