微波-催化剂法制取山核桃壳活性炭的研究
Study on Technology of Production of Activated Carbon by Microwave-Catalyze
【摘要】 以山核桃壳为原料 ,采用微波 -催化剂法制取活性炭。结果表明 :山核桃壳中灰分、挥发成分、固定炭等成分符合活性炭对原料的要求 ;采用微波 -催化剂法制竿的活性炭 ,因催化剂种类不同性能存在差异 ,用酸性催化剂 A时 ,随用量的增加 ,活性炭亚甲基蓝脱色能力明显增强 ,碘值也有一定程度的增加 ;用中性催化剂 B时 ,没有这种规律性。以磷酸为活化剂、微波为热源生产的活性炭性能较好 ,亚甲基蓝脱色力达 12 ml/0 .1g,碘值为 784mg/g;并且随着活化剂含量的增加活性炭亚甲基蓝脱色力有明显的增加 ,碘值也有一定幅度的增加。此外 ,微波功率对亚甲基蓝脱色力的影响也较大。
【Abstract】 The activated carbon was made from Hickory Hull by Microwave-Catalyze. Results showed that it was adapted to activated carbon with Hickory hull. The performance of activated carbon was different due to catalyzer type; i. e. the performance of activated carbon was improved when catalyzer A was increased in some dose. The best technology was that hickory hull was infused 48 hours in 40% phosphoric acid, in which 4% sulfuric acid and 2% H2O2 were additive, and then radiated 10 min by microwave at 700W. The experiment showed that the methylene blue de-coloring ability reached 12mL/0.1g and iodine value reached 784 mg/g.
