长期低浓度SO2对油桐色素性状的影响
The Effect of Long-term Low SO2 Concentration on the Pigment Character in Vernicia fordii
【摘要】 对长期低浓度 SO2 影响下油桐叶绿素的性状进行了测定。结果表明长期低浓度 SO2 熏气引起叶绿素 b在 64 8nm处吸收峰消失。引起叶绿素 a最大荧光峰从 677.7nm移到 672 .1nm;引起叶绿素 b的荧光峰从 667.2 nm移到 669.7nm;类胡萝卜素在671.2 nm处荧光峰增强 ,而在 73 1.5 nm处的荧光峰几乎消失。熏气处理抑制了叶绿素和类胡萝卜的形成 ;但类胡萝卜与总叶绿素比值升高。
【Abstract】 The pigment character of Vernicia. Fordii in long-term low concentration SO2 environment was tested. SO2 fumigation vanished the absorbance peak of chlorophyll b at 648 nm, and shifted the maximal absorbance peak of chlorophyll a from 677.7 to 672.1 nm and the maximal fluorescence peak of chlorophyll b from 667.2 nm to 669.7 nm. The fluorescence peak of carotid at 671.2 nm was enhanced, but the fluorescence peak of carotid at 731.5 nm almost vanished. SO2 fumigation decreased the content of chlorophyll and carotid, but the ratio of carotid/total chlorophyll increased.
