硝酸甘油、米力农和尼卡地平对桡动脉血流量的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究硝酸甘油、米力农和尼卡地平对桡动脉血流量的影响。 方法 :桡动脉 冠状动脉旁路移置术患者 30例 ,随机分为三组。采用不接触技术取桡动脉并测血流量和血流动力学指标 ,分别给予硝酸甘油、米力农或尼卡地平后再次测量桡动脉血流量和血流动力学指标。 结果 :尼卡地平组用药后血压下降明显 ;硝酸甘油和米力农组术后平均动脉压均有下降 ,但差异不显著。静脉输入硝酸甘油或米力农后 ,桡动脉血流量增加 ,差异显著 ,但手术前后血流量增幅在两组之间并无差异。尼卡地平组给药后的桡动脉血流量无明显变化。 结论 :硝酸甘油和米力农能够增加桡动脉的血流量 ,适合用于缓解桡动脉 冠状动脉移置术后桡动脉痉挛

【Abstract】 Objectives:To evaluate the effects of nitroglycerin, milrinone and nicardipine on radial artery blood flow in vivo . Methods:Thirty patients undergoing primary CABG using radial arteries were enrolled in this study. They were randomized into 3 groups based on vasodilating agents: nitroglycerin, milrinone and nicardipine. The radial arteries were harvested with no touch technique and blood flow and hemodynamic parameters were measured before and after administering the vasodilating agents. Results:Mean arterial pressure decreased significantly after drug administration in nicardipine group but insignificantly in both nitroglycerin and milrinone groups. After giving nitroglycerin or milrinone, radial artery blood flow increased significantly and there was no significant difference in the incremental percentage between these two groups, but radial artery blood flow in nicardipine group did not change significantly. Conclusions:Nitroglycerin and milrinone increase blood flow of radial arteries and they are good vasodilators in relieving radial artery spasm after CABG.
