【摘要】 目的 :研究并阐明查新工作在科研课题立项和科研成果申报工作中的意义及作用。　方法 :对南京军区医药信息检索中心 (军队医药卫生科技查新站 ) 1994～ 2 0 0 1年被记录的 112 9项样本数据按各年度医院、军区业务部门委托的课题及成果查新项数进行统计分析。　结果 :112 9项样本中 ,课题查新 135项 (11.96 % ) ,成果查新 994项(88.0 4 % ) ,对我院成果申报中奖率提高至 97.89% ,“九五”、“十五”国家及全军级重大课题立项数质量位居全军各大军区 (军兵种 )总医院中之首。　结论 :科技查新工作必须先于科技活动之前 ,指出该项工作对管理层和科技人员提供重要决策依据 ,减少盲目低水平重复 ,避免浪费 ,使之体现公正“裁判员”之作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate and explore the role and signification of the search fresh in establishing scientific research project and production application. Methods:1 129 searching fresh reports for establishing scientific research project and production application of Nanjing general hospital of Nanjing Command from 1994 to 2001 were analyzed. Results:In all searching fresh reports,there were 135( 11.96 %) reports for establishing scientific research project,and 994(88.04%) reports for production application,respectively.The successful rate of production angle of Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Command was elevated 97.89%.The number of scientific research project establishing of national and army in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Command was most among all millitary area command general hospitals. Conclusions:Technololgy managements on the theme of bringing new ideas and ensured the searching fresh ahead of technology activities,raised the effects on the searching fresh that could provide important policy bases,avoid low level repeats and decrease blind actions and wastes on human,wealth and so on to guarantee justices.更多还原
