凝血酶对神经母细胞瘤细胞分化过程中细胞数和细胞周期的影响
The effects of thrombin on cell cycle and count during experimental neuronal aging
【摘要】 目的 :研究凝血酶对实验性神经细胞分化 (老化 )过程中细胞数和细胞周期的影响。 方法 :采用小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞株 (NBA2 )无血清培养神经细胞分化模型 ,用倒置相差显微镜和流式细胞仪观察低浓度凝血酶对无血清培养过程中细胞数和细胞周期的影响。 结果 :无血清培养液中添加凝血酶 (0 .0 5~ 5U/ml)能延缓培养过程中的细胞数下降和细胞周期向G1/G0 期转换。 结论 :低浓度凝血酶具有延缓神经细胞分化的潜能
【Abstract】 Objectives:To test the effects of thrombin on cell cycle and cell count during experimental neuronal aging. Methods:Using serum free culture of mouse neuroblastoma A 2 cells as an experimental model for study of neuronal aging,the cell count and cell cycle were observed by flow cytometry. Results:After added into serum free culture medium,thrombin (0.05~5 U/ml) could delay the decreaseing of the total nember of the cell and could increase the number of S and G 2+M phase cells. Conclusions:Thrombin at low dosage could delay neuronal aging.The relationship between thrombin and neuronal aging needs further investigation.
