有机合成中废料的综合处理及资源化

【摘要】 基于高分子科学原理,对有机物合成过程中产生的粘性废料进行综合处理。燃料化:对粘性废料进行交联固化,提高废料的软化点,从60℃左右提高到150℃以上,使废料由原来的粘稠半液态变为脆性固体,得到一种热值及形态均与燃煤相似的固态燃料,可直接入普通锅炉作燃料使用;材料化:以有机废料为基本组分加入合成高分子树脂进行共混改性,制备防腐涂料,实现了废物的综合利用。

【Abstract】 Viscous organic waste was processed based on synthesis principle. In this paper we study the comprehensive treatment and utilization of this waste like pitch according to the principle of polymeric chemistry. After the viscous waste processed, the softening point of the waste was raised from 60 ℃ to 150 ℃. The curing technique makes the waste like viscous pitch state become a crash solid like coal with high combustion value. It can be easily smashed and burned in boiler as a fuel for anticorrosive coating.
