苯酚甲醛-M废渣共聚树脂的合成

【摘要】 以M废渣、苯酚、甲醛为原料,共聚合成了热塑性树脂,研究了反应条件、共聚组分对共聚物结构和性能的影响.通过试验确定,苯酚与M废渣的质量比为80g/20g,甲醛用量40mL,磺化用浓硫酸、废树脂比例为100mL/110g时制得的共聚树脂在试验范围内具有较好的综合性能.

【Abstract】 By using waste resin from accelerator M?phenol and formaldehyde as raw material, thermoplastic resin was synthesized in this research. The influence of reaction condition, polymerization component on the structure and property of copolymer has been investigated. The optimum process conditions determined by tests are: ratio of phenol to waste resin from accelerator M 80 g/20 g, formaldehyde volume 40ml, ratio of concentrated sulphuric acid to waste resin from accelerator M 100 ml/110 g.
