活性炭负载杂多酸催化合成环己酮缩乙二醇
Synthesis of Cyclohexanone Ethylene Glycol Ketal Catalyzed by Heteropolyacid Supported on Actived Carbon
【摘要】 研究了用活性炭负载杂多酸催化合成环己酮缩乙二醇的反应.考察了杂多酸的种类、负载量、酮醇比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂种类和用量对反应的影响.并且对其他催化剂的催化活性进行了比较研究.结果表明:活性炭负载磷钨酸是合成缩酮的良好催化剂.在优化条件下,缩酮产率达88.2%,催化剂可重复使用.
【Abstract】 The synthetic method of cyclohexanone ethlene glycoi ketal is investigated by activated carbon supported heteropolyacid.The influences of the kind of heteropolyacid, adsorbing quantity of heteropolyacid, ratio of reactants,quantity of catalyst, reaction time,kind and amount of carrier water are examined. Results show that the activated carbon supported phosphotungstic acid is a high active and stable catalyst. The yield of product reach 88.2% under the optimized conditions.
