测量误差分布的解析拟合
The Analytical Collocation of the Measurement Errors Distribution
【摘要】 目前测量误差分布的确定主要是根据得到的误差值绘制直方图或用分布拟合检验法来进行 ,针对这些方法难以获得测量误差分布的具体类型 ,而且方法较为繁琐与实施不便的缺点 ,在分析了测量误差分布可用概括分布———指数分布来描述的基础上 ,提出用解析法来确定测量误差分布的分布类型。此法具有理论上较为严密、思路清晰和易于计算等特点。最后 ,通过实际实例证明了此法的正确性与可行性。
【Abstract】 The measuring errors distribution is determined using the distribution collocation test method or figure method according to the magnitudes of errors, but it is difficult to obtain the specific distribution. The exponential distribution that generalize the arbitrary sequential distribution is analysed and the analytical collocation method that determines the specific distribution of measuring error is proposed. Experiment results show that the method is very convenient and feasible, and the computational results are identical with that of the conventional methods.
