推力轴承油膜厚度测量系统的研制

【摘要】 推力瓦与镜板间的润滑油膜厚度是确保推力轴承安全运行的关键参数。研制了一套推力轴承油膜厚度的测量系统及标定装置。设计了基于反射式传感技术的光纤位移传感器、推力瓦面对位系统以及同步数据采集系统 ,可以测量同一时刻推力瓦面上沿径向分布的 4点油膜厚度 ,其测量精度可以达到± 5 μm。

【Abstract】 The oil film thickness between the runner and the load segment of the bearing is an important parameter for safety of the thrust bearing in motion. A set of measuring system and calibrating equipment are developed in order to measure the oil film thickness of the elastic metal plastic tile thrust bearing. An optical fiber displacement sensor based on reflective sensor technique, an apposition system of elastic metal plastic tile, and a synchronous data acquisition system are designed. 4 point oil film thickness distributed along the radius can be measured at the same time. The measuring precision is up to ±5 μm.
