提高潜水泵整机出厂试验检测精度的关键技术研究
Research on the Key Technologies to Improve Testing Precision of Submersible Motor Pump
【摘要】 本文介绍了潜水泵电性能检测系统的总体结构 ,详细论述了用双总线结构实现检测过程的软过渡 ,基于预测的智能控制减小了试验电压的波动 ,恒流输出、高阻输入提高了直流电阻的检测精度 ;并通过控制实例 ,验证基于预测的智能控制策略 ,取得满意效果
【Abstract】 On the basis of introducing the frame structure of submersible motor pump testing system, some key technologies including dual bus organization to change testing process softly, intelligent predictive control to decrease the fluctuation of test voltage, constant current output and high impedance input to raise the testing precision are described. A practical example is used to testify the intelligent predictive control strategy, and some satisfying results have been got.
