【摘要】 介绍了2BLZ-2型垄上镇压式精密播种机的结构和特点,并对其主要部件的参数选取作了详尽的阐述。该播种机前端为圆犁刀,用于切断残须根或玉米叶,可提高垄上播种时播种单体的对行性能;采用垄上仿形驱动装置,取代传统机上的地轮,垄上仿形提高了播深的一致性;采用双圆盘开沟器开沟,开沟宽度较小,不搅动土壤,有利于保墒;设计了可调镇压器,可根据土壤含水率不同,适当调节镇压强度。通过田间作业试验,表明各项作业指标能满足农艺要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics and structure of a new type of 2BLZ - 2 ridge-rolling precision seed drill which was one of the series of equipment suitable for new tillage system in the semi-arid area were presented. The determination of parameters on main parts was reported in detail. When the seeder sowed seeds on the ridge, two disks coulter ahead of machine were used to cut stubbles or leaves of corn, and increased the seeding precision on the ridge. The depth of drilling was more consistent by using new finder-driver wheel instead of traditional ground-engaging. A little of soil distribution and narrow furrow were brought by the double-disk opener and led to the low soil moisture loss. The adjustable packer was designed, and its pressure could be adjusted by spring according to the soil moisture content. The field experiments showed that criterion of operation of seeder could be fit for agronomy demand.更多还原
