5个微卫星座位在肉牛群体中的遗传变异分析
Analysis in Genetic Variation of 5 Microsatellite Loci in Beef Cattle Populations
【摘要】 利用5个微卫星座位ETH10、IDVGA46、IDVGA44、ETH225和BM2113,对5个肉牛群体进行了遗传变异检测,并计算了5个微卫星座位在5个肉牛群体的平均等位基因频率、平均多态信息含量、平均有效等位基因数和平均杂合度。结果表明:微卫星座位ETH10、IDVGA46、IDVGA44、ETH225和BM2113在所选用的群体中等位基因数目及其片断长度范围分别是6(207~225 bp),6(205~249 bp),9(207~234 bp),5(141~149 bp),9(124~140 bp)。5个微卫星座在延边黄牛、利木赞、夏洛莱、利木赞延边黄牛杂种和夏洛莱延边黄牛杂种牛群体中平均多态信息含量(PIC)和平均杂合度分别是0.51/0.56,0.58,0.63,0.45/0.53,0.45/0.48,0.55/0.59。其中平均多态信息含量(PIC)和平均杂合度均最高的为利木赞(0.58,0.63),该品种具有高度多态性(NC>0.5);最低为利延杂交牛(0.45,0.48),该杂种牛具有中度多态性(0.25<PIC<0.50)。
【Abstract】 The genetic variation of 5 microsatellite loci ETH10, IDVGA46, IDVGA44, ETH225 and BM2113 were analyzed in 5 beef cattle populations. Allele frequencies, the average polymorphism information content, the average effective numbers of alleles and the average gene heterozygosity for per microsatellite locus in every population were calculated. The results revealed that the number of alleles and the range of band for ETH10, IDVGA46, IDVGA44, ETH225 and BM2113 were 6(207~225 bp),6(205~249 bp),9(207~234 bp),5(141~149 bp)and 9( 124~140 bp), and the average PIC and the average gene heterozygosity of 5 microsatellite loci were 0.51/0.56, 0.58/0.63, 0.45/0.53, 0.45/0.48and 0.55/0.59 in Yanbian cattle, Limousin, Charolais, Limousin × Yanbian cattle and Charolais × Yanbian cattle, respectively. The average PIC and the average gene heterozygosity in Limousin were the greatest, and Limousin bore high polymorphism(PIC>0.50). But the average PIC and the average gene heterozy- gosity in population of Limousin crossed with Yanbian cattle were the lowest, and it bore moderate polymorphism(0.25<PIC<0.50).
