【摘要】 利用比色法对黄芪根、茎叶黄芪皂苷的含量进行了测定。结果表明:黄芪根中总皂苷含量为0.2616％。黄芪甲苷含量为0.085％;黄芪茎叶总皂苷含量为0.2162％。黄芪甲苷含量为0.052％。黄芪茎叶皂苷可替代根入药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Saponin content in roots, Stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus was determined by comparing their colors. Results indicated that in roots of Astragalus membranaceus, content of saponins is 0. 261 6 %, and that of astragaloside Ⅳ is 0. 085 %. In leaves and stems of Astragalus membranaceus, content of saponins is 0.2162%, and that of astragaloside Ⅳ is 0.052%. Saponins of stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus can be used as medocone instead of roots of Astragalus membranaceus.更多还原
