粉煤灰对有机活性染料脱色效果的研究

【摘要】 研究了粉煤灰对活性染料活性艳红X-3B和活性艳红X-8B的脱色效果。结果表明:粉煤灰的最适 粒度为0.125 mm,粉煤灰的最佳投放量为0.18 g/mL;100 mg/L活性艳红X-3B和活性艳红X-8B脱色的最 佳振荡吸附时间为20 min,pH为5~10;此外,温度对活性染料吸附性能也有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 The decolouring effect of coal fly ash on active dyes such as active bright red X - 3B and active bright red X - 8B was studied in this paper. The results showed that: the best diameter of coal fly ash was 0.125 mm,the best amount of active dyes was 0.18 g/mL; the best absorption time for active bright red X - 3B and X - 8B was 20 minutes; when pH was controlled between 5 and 10, the effect was good. Besides, temperature also had some effect on absorption function.
