【摘要】 试验研究了光照对野生朝鲜淫羊藿有效成分含量的影响。结果表明:生长期内,野生朝鲜淫羊藿生药有效成分(淫羊藿总黄酮和淫羊藿苷)表现出:强光下比弱光下含量高,8月3日差异最大,强光下总黄酮含量是弱光下的2.65倍,淫羊藿苷含量是弱光下的6.93倍。光照对此植物生药品质有直接影响。在不同物候期淫羊藿苷含量下降幅度比淫羊藿总黄酮大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effective compositions of wild Epimedium koreanum Nakai showed that the content of flavonide and icariin was higher under intensive light than that in faint light during the growing season, and the difference reached the maximum in August 3. In intensive light, the content of total flavonide was 2.65 times higher than in faint light ,and the content of icariin was 6.93 times higher. Therefore, light intensity directly influenced medicine quality of the plant. Moreover, the content of icariin declined more quickly than that of total flavonide in different phonological phases.更多还原
