存贮温度和时间对二化螟性诱剂诱蛾效果的影响

【摘要】 试验研究了二化螟性诱芯的存贮温度和存贮时间对雄成虫田间诱集量的影响。试验结果表明:6月3日到8月10日每盆平均总诱蛾量,处理Ⅰ和处理Ⅳ比对照(处理Ⅴ)分别下降27.1%和38.8%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。处理Ⅱ和处理Ⅲ比对照分别下降53.7%和62.8%,差异显著(P<0.05)。不同处理每盆每日最大诱蛾量与总诱蛾量的变化趋势一致。不同处理所反映的田间发蛾高峰期相近。

【Abstract】 The effect of storage temperature and duration of the sex pheromone septa on the catches of male rice stem borer, Chilo suppressalis (Walker) at the water tray traps were studied. There were 5 treatments with 4 replicates. The treatments were as follows: Ⅰ, septa were stored at - 18℃ for 1 year, Ⅱ septa stored at room temperature for 1 year,Ⅲ septa stored at - 18℃ for 1 year then at room temperature for 1 year, Ⅳ septa stored at - 4℃ for 1 year, and Ⅴ septa stored at - 4℃ for < 3 months (ck) . The results show that the total captures per trap in the period of June 3 to Aug. 10 for treatment Ⅰ and Ⅳ were 27.1 % and 38.8 % less than ck respectively, but the differences were not significant ( P > 0.05) . The captures in treatment Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 53.7% and 62.8 % less than ck respectively, and the differences were significant( P < 0.05) . The variation in maximum daily captures between treatments was consistent with that of total captures. However, peak capture periods for each treatment were rather close to one another.
