施用玉米残体对土壤有机氮组分特征的影响

【摘要】 研究了施用玉米残体对土壤有机氮组分特征的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,玉米残体(秸秆和根茬)配施化学氮肥,可增加玉米生育前期土壤酸解氨态氮和氨基糖氮含量及整个生育期内土壤酸解氨基酸氮的含量;与单施氮肥相比,可增加玉米整个生育期内土壤酸解氨基糖氮和氨基酸氮含量,同时对酸解未知氮亦产生不同的影响。玉米残体还田改变了土壤有机氮的分布。玉米整个生育期间土壤酸解未知氮的变异系数在土壤有机氮组分中最大,它在土壤供氮潜力中的作用仍需深入研究。

【Abstract】 Based on pot experiment, the effects of corn stalk and stubble remained in field on component characters soil of organic nitrogen were studied. The results indicated that corn residues, together with the application of N fertilizer in ration, would increase the content of soil acidhydrolized amino sugar nitrogen and acidhydrolized amnio acid nitrogen compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer. The distribution of soil organic nitrogen would show a change. In addition, the coefficients of variation of soil acidhydrolized ammonical nitrogen, acidhydrolized amino sugar nitrogen, acidhydrolized amnio acid nitrogen, acidhydrolized unidentified nitrogen, total content of acidhydrolized nitrogen and acidinsoluble nitrogen were 9.18%,13.22%,11.29%,21.02%,6.35% and 14.69% respectively at corn growing stage. Acidhydrolized unidentified nitrogen would deserve attention.
