水体镉污染对水稻种苗初期生长的影响

【摘要】 试验研究了水体镉污染对水稻种苗初期生长的影响。结果表明:水体镉污染明显抑制水稻种苗的初期生长,株高降低、根数减少、根系变短。水体镉污染能明显降低水稻种苗叶绿素含量和干物质积累;根系活力下降,可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白质的含量减少,因而影响水稻种苗的正常代谢。

【Abstract】 The effects of water Cd pollution on primary growth and some physiological indicators of rice seedlings were studied. Treatment concentrations of CdCl2 were (mg/L) 0(ck), 0.1, 5, 30 and 100 respectively. The experimental results showed that Cd2+ could inhibit primary growth of rice seedlings significantly. The length of plants and roots were shortened and the number of roots was reduced, for the reason that the contents of chlorophyll and dry matter accumulation of rice seedlings were decreased significantly by Cd2+ . Besides, root activity, content of soluble sugar and soluble protein were reduced, too. So the normal metabolism in rice seedlings was affected significantly.
