利用质粒指纹图谱法对大肠杆菌耐药质粒遗传特性的研究
Isolation and Characters of Antibiotic Plasmids from Chicken Escherichia coli
【摘要】 为研究鸡源大肠杆菌耐药性及耐药的生物学特性,选用30株来自不同地区的鸡源大肠杆菌,在药敏试验的基础上,对耐药菌质粒进行了指纹图谱分析。结果表明:30株鸡源大肠杆菌对氨苄青霉素、青霉素、四环素的耐药率为100 00%,对氯霉素、庆大霉素、利福平、红霉素的耐药率为60 00%~93 33%。多重耐药率为26 67%~80 00%。质粒图谱比较发现:来源相同的菌株质粒图谱相同或相似;来源不同的菌株质粒图谱一般不同。聚类分析表明:30株大肠杆菌遗传距离在0 224~0 416处聚成五类,其中同一地区聚为一类。这表明同一地区的大肠杆菌病的病原之间有一定的同源性。其次,这30株大肠杆菌在遗传距离为0 864处聚成一大类,说明它们之间有一定程度的遗传相关性。
【Abstract】 To study antimicrobial susceptibility and biological characters of isolates of E coli from chickens, 30 isolates from different districts were tested. On the basis of antimicrobial susceptibility test,their antibiotic plasmids profile analyses were carried out The results will supply foundation for molecular epidemiological research of E coli from chicken The results of antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that the rate of drug resistance to ampicillin, penicillin,and tetracycline is 100.00%,that to chloromycetin,gentamycin,rifampin,and erythromycin is 6000%~9333%,and that of multiple drug resistance is 2667%~8000%. At 0224~0416 and 0864, all the strains clustered under 5 types. The results indicated that different sources of isolates showed different plasmid pattern types
