风化煤FA复合种衣剂对玉米发芽及幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 通过盆栽试验研究了6种风化煤黄腐酸(FA)复合种衣剂和1种商品种衣剂对玉米发芽及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:适宜用量的FA处理,可提高玉米发芽率1 2%~7 5%,玉米幼苗株高和茎粗分别比对照增加12 3%~16 3%和5 9%~11 8%,叶绿素含量比对照提高12 8%~25 5%。水分胁迫条件下,种衣剂处理的幼苗相对电导率升高的幅度明显低于对照,而脯氨酸含量的增加幅度明显高于对照,幼苗存活率明显高于对照。

【Abstract】 The effects of 6 kinds of compound seedcoating with fulvic acid (FA) from weathering coal and 1 kind of commercial seedcoating on the growth of maize seedling and germination in pod culture experiments were studied The results showed that it can improve the germination of maize 12%~75%proper FA concentration enhanced plant height, stem width and the contents of chlorophyll of maize seedling and the corresponding increases were 123%~163%, 59%~118% and 128%~255% compared with ck In the condition of water stress, the relative increase values of electric conductivity of FA seedcoating treatments were obviously less than ck, but those of proline content and surviving rates of FA seedcoating treatments were obviously more than ck
