生化黄腐酸的提取及其理化性质的研究

【摘要】 以锯木屑为培养基,经微生物发酵生产黄腐酸(生化黄腐酸),并进一步研究了它的某些理化性质和生理活性。结果表明:生化黄腐酸的钠盐具有与天然黄腐酸钠盐相似的红外吸收光谱;其提取液中含有18种氨基酸,氨基酸含量高于天然黄腐酸提取液,其中色氨酸含量较高;生化黄腐酸比天然黄腐酸具有更高的生理活性。

【Abstract】 In this study, fulvic acid (FA) was extracted through fermentation of sawdust, which was called biochemical fulvic acid (BcFA).Some physical and chemical characters and physiological activity of BcFA were studied. The result showed that BcFANa has the similar infrared absorption spectrum as that of natural FANa. The content of amino acid in the solution of BcFA is higher than that in the solution of natural FA.18 kinds of amino acid were found in BcFA. Among them, Trp has comparatively higher content. The physiological activity of BcFA is higher than that of natural FA.
