方盒形件多点成形缺陷的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation on Defects during Multi-point Forming Process of Square Cup
【摘要】 以方盒形件多点成形过程为例,从拉延形状、板厚、材质、压边力大小、变形程度等方面入手,利用逐级更新的Lagrange格式,采用满足Hill厚向异性屈服准则的弹塑性非线性材料模型,有效地模拟了盒形件多点成形过程中的压痕、起皱现象,并通过实验得到验证。同时得出利用弹性垫成形的新工艺可有效抑制压痕、起皱产生的结论。
【Abstract】 Based on the Updated Lagrange scheme multipoint forming(MPF) process of square cup is simulated using Hill′s elasticplastic anisotropy materials model.Dimpling and wrinkling defects during the MPF process of square cups of different materials,with different shapes,different thickness,and under different deformations and different blankholder forces are discussed.The experiment on the MPF of square cup is carried out to verify the validity of numerical simulation.Moreover,the experiment also indicates that dimpling and wrinkling can be suppressed effectively by socalled elastic cushion technique.
