【摘要】 当前我国法律职业教育存在着与法律职业岗位要求脱节、职业教育特色不突出、培养目标不明确、专业及课程设置不合理、教师知识结构缺陷严重、教学方法落后等诸多问题。因此,必须有针对性地进行改革,密切与职业部门的联系,加强实践技能教学,突出职教特色,明确培养目标,科学设置专业及课程,通过各种途径改善教师素质结构,改进教学方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are lots of problems in our legal vocational education at present, such as the education being apart to legal vocation post and lacking of characteristics as vocational education, its training objectives being indefinite, the setup of its specialties and courses being unreasonable, the knowledge structures of teachers being defective and the teaching methods being behindhand. Therefore, corresponding measures must be made including founding close relations to legal organs, strengthening teaching and training of skill and capabilities, giving prominence to characteristics as vocational education, definitizing training objectives clearly, setting up specialties and courses in terms of requirement of our society, improving the knowledge structures of teachers and innovating the teaching methods.更多还原
