【Abstract】 Recently, more and more researchers of Police Science raise the idea to build an independent Police Science learning subject which produce some certain effects in theory field. However, during our study progress,the problem always trouble us is that whether there exist Police Science or not. In other words, what’s the foundation of western Police Science Study?
