慢性肺心病患者血中维生素A和肺局部免疫功能的改变

【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性肺心病患者血中维生素A和肺泡细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 测定 4 4例患者血中维生素A含量、NK细胞活性、T细胞亚群 ,为实验组 (A) ;其中 2 8例支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)的NK细胞活性、T细胞亚群和肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM)吞噬活性 ,为实验组 (B)。结果 实验组 (A)血维生素A含量明显高于对照组 ;实验组 (A)与对照组和维生素A低于与高于均值比较 ;NK细胞活性、CD+3 、CD+4 和CD+4 CD+8显著低于对照组 (A) ,CD+8显著高于对照组 (A) ;实验组 (B)NK细胞活性、AM吞噬活性、CD+3 、CD+4 和CD+4 CD+8显著低于对照组 (B) ,CD+8显著高于对照组 (B)。结论 慢性肺心病患者全身或肺局部细胞免疫功能低下 ,与维生素A缺乏有关

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of concentration of Vitamin A in blood and pulmonary local immunofunction in patients with chronic cor pulmonale.Methods Contents of Vitamin A,NK cell activity,T cell subgroup were determined in 44 cases,which was experimental group A while NK cell activity,T cell subgroup and phagocytic activity of AM in BALF were determined in 28 cases,which was experimental group B.Results Content of serum Vitamin A was obviously higher than that of the control group;by comparison between the experimental group and the control group,between those whose Vitamin content is below the average and those whose Vitamin content is above the average,NK cell activity,CD + 3,CD + 4 and CD + 4/CD + 8 were obviously lower than those of the control group A while CD + 8 was significantly higher than that of the control group A;HK cell activity,CD + 3,CD + 4 and CD + 4/CD + 8 obviously decreased while CD + 8 significantly increased.NK cell activity,phagocytic activity of AM,CD + 3,CD + 4 and CD + 4/CD + 8 in experimental group B were significantly lower than those of the control group B while CD + 8 was higher than that of the control group B.Conclusion The decrease of general cellular immunofunction or pulmonary local immunofunction in patients has something to do with the shortage of Vitamin A.
