【摘要】 目的　研究乳腺癌患者心理因素与应付方式的关系。方法　对乳腺癌患者共 1 2 3人 (恶性组 ) ,对照组 60人为经体检确诊为乳腺增生和纤维瘤的患者 (良性组 )采用 :1谢亚宁编制的简易应对方式问卷 ;2龚耀先修订的艾森克人格问卷( EPQ) ;3自制一般项目调查表进行评定。结果　 1良性组及恶性组应付方式比较 ,良性组积极因子分比恶性组积极因子分高 ,差异非常显著 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;良性组消极因子分与恶性组消极因子分之间 ,无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。 2乳腺癌患者应付方式与个性等因素相关分析 ,发现应对方式积极因子分与 EPQ-E呈显著正相关 ,与 EPQ-P呈显著负相关 ;应对方式消极因子分与 EPQ-N呈显著正相关 ,应付方式与其它自然项目无任何相关。3多元回归分析 ,以 JJ为因变量时 ,EPQ-E、EPQ-P入方程 ( a分别为 0 .3 75、-0 .2 74) ;以 XJ为因变量时 EPQ-E、EPQ-N入方程 ( a分别为 0 .1 69、0 .2 66)。结论　我们认为干预乳腺癌患者的应付方式不能离开人格 ,分析乳腺癌患者的人格结构有助于应付方式的调整更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between psychology social factors such as personality and the coping style of patients with breast cancer.Methods 123 Breast cancer patients and 60 contrast group patients were tested with the simplified coping style rating scale designed by Xie Yaning,EPQ revised by Gong Yaoxian and the self composed general case questionnaire cases.Results ①There are significant difference on JJ factor(P<0.01),no significantly difference on XJ factor(P>0.05) between group 1 and group 2.②Analysis correlation between Breast cancer coping style and psychology factors.Positive correlation between JJ factor and EPQE,negative correlation between JJ factor and EPQ P;Positive correlation between XJ factor and EPQ N.③Multi factor analysis JJ factor is dependent factor and EPQ E,EPQ P into equation (A is 0.375, 0.274);XJ is dependent factor and EPQ E,EPQ N into equation(A is 0.169,0.266).Conclusion To study personality of breast cancer good at invervention coping style.更多还原
