【摘要】 目的 观察万拉法新治疗老年期抑郁症的疗效及副反应。方法 42例老年期抑郁症随机分为研究组(21例)给予万拉法新治疗6周;对照组(21例)给子阿米替林治疗6周。采用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果 万拉法新与阿米替林对抑郁症的疗效相当,但副反应轻微。结论 万拉法新治疗抑郁症效果肯定且副反应少,特别适于老年期抑郁症患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe Vanlafaxion’s medical efficiency and side effects in treatment of old - age depression. Method 42 patients were equally divided into two groups at random. The patients in the first groupCthe study group)were treated with Vanlafaxion for six weeks, while the individuals in the second groupCthe contrast group) were treated with Amitriptvline for the same period. Then the medical and side effects were evaluated with HAMD and TESS.
