硼酸生产母液中硫酸镁的分离研究
STUDY ON SEPARATION OF MAGNESIUM SULFATE FROM MOTER LIQUID OF BORIC ACID PRODUCTION
【摘要】 在硫酸法生产硼酸过程中,对从母液中分离出硫酸镁的问题进行研究。依据对物料的物性分析,确定了硫酸盐析 循环结晶工艺。通过试验,验证了其技术上的可行性,分离出高纯度硫酸镁,二次母液全部返回酸解工序,大大提高硼酸的收率。
【Abstract】 In the production of boric acid by sulfuric acid method, we have done some research work on the problem of separating magnesium sulfate from mother liquid. The process of sulfuric acid salting-out-cycle crystallization is determined based on the properties of reactants and products. The experiment results show that this process is technically feasible. The magnesium sulfate of high purity can be separated. The second mother liquid can be used wholly in the acid decomposition and the recovery rate of boric acid can be increased greatly.
