三溴苯基缩水甘油醚/烯丙基缩水甘油醚/环氧丙烷/环氧乙烷共聚物的合成
STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS OF THE COPOLYMER OF GLYCIDYL ETHER AND EPOXYALKANE
【摘要】 研究了三氟化硼·四氢呋喃(BF3·THF)催化三溴苯基缩水甘油醚/烯丙基缩水甘油醚/环氧丙烷/环氧乙烷共聚,合成侧链含有烯丙基的阻燃聚醚多元醇(HIROL Ⅲ)的方法。采用化学分析和仪器分析等对共聚物进行了确认。考察了反应物料比、催化剂等因素对共聚反应的影响。实验结果表明,三溴苯基缩水甘油醚和烯丙基缩水甘油醚的用量分别决定HIROL Ⅲ的含溴量和不饱和度高低,共聚反应温度和时间对合成HIROL Ⅲ影响较小。所得HIROL Ⅲ的溴质量分数达到23%~30%时,产品为淡黄色的透明液体,粘度为(1.06~1.17)Pa·s,Mn在1800~3200之间,羟值(57~69)KOHmg/g。
【Abstract】 The copolymer of tribromophenyl glycidyl ether allyl glycidyl ether,epoxypropane and oxirane was prepared using BF3·THF as catalyst.The process conditions were determined through the experiments such as catalyst,mass rate and reaction temperture.The experimental results indicated that the resulting HIKOLⅢ was lightyellowish liquid,its hydroxyl value and viscosity value were (57~69)?KOHmg/g and (1.06~1.17)?Pa·s,respectively,its bromine content was 23%~30%,and was suitable for preparing flameretardant soft PU foam.
