【Abstract】 ?Reteplase is an effective promising thrombolytics agent in clinics.Because reteplase was produced in the form of inclusion body,so we have to denature and dissolve the inclusion bodies,and renature the dissolved reteplase so as to obtain the correctly folded products.The recombinant human protein disulfide isomerase (rhPDI) was used to increased the reteplase.The yield was 150?mg/mL which was 3 times higher than the regular renaturation method of GSH∶GSSH.This novel method significantly reduced the cost of production.更多还原
