高倍率及大孔径扩束器的光学系统设计
Lens Design for High Power and Wide-aperture Beam Expander
【摘要】 高倍率及大孔径扩束器要求筒长短、口径大、轴上和轴外的像差都要很好地校正 ,所以光学系统的设计是非常困难的。论述了高倍率及大孔径扩束器的光学系统设计方法 ,给出了物镜通光口径为 2 0 0mm ,焦距为 4 0 0mm ,视场为 2mrad ,放大倍率为 4 5倍的扩束器的光学系统结构参数和像质评价结果
【Abstract】 It is hard to design for beam expander with high power and wide aperture required, because it is shorten length, larger aperture, as well as on axis and off axis aberration must be corrected properly. In this paper,a design method for high power and wide aperture beam expander is talked about. One beam expander is given with clear aperture of 200mm, focal length of 400 mm and field of view of 2 mrad. Image evaluation and system parameter are shown at same time.
