8mm厚不锈钢板的Nd∶YAG激光焊接
Laser Welding of 8 mm Thick Stainless Steel Plates
【摘要】 探讨了采用高功率Nd∶YAG连续激光器焊接 8mm厚不锈钢板的工艺方法及工艺参数。实验结果表明 ,用氮气作为保护气体 ,在激光功率 40 0 0W ,焊接速度 0 5m/min ,焦点位置在工件表面下 2mm处时 ,即使两块厚不锈钢板之间有 0 3mm间隙 ,且存在 0 8mm的高度差 ,仍可获得满意的焊接效果。焊缝的硬度是母材硬度的 2倍。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the method and processing parameters of laser welding of 8 mm thick stainless steel with high power Nd∶YAG CW laser. The experiments show good welding quality can be achieved although there is gap and step between the two welding parts. The measurement result illustrates that the hardness of welding seam is twice as that of base material.
