【摘要】 目的　观察中成药通心络胶囊对肺心病急性加重期患者血浆内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的影响及治疗意义。方法　将服用过通心络胶囊前、后患者血浆ET、CGRP含量分别与常规治疗前、后患者及健康人作比较。结果　肺心患者血浆ET增多 ,CGRP略减。加服通心络胶囊后 ,ET含量回降幅度增大 ,CGRP含量增多 ,升幅显著大于常规治疗组。结论　通心络胶囊促进肺心病急性加重期血浆ET回降 ,促进CGRP产生 ,有助减轻肺动脉高压更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of Tongxinluo,a combination of several traditional Chinese medicine,on the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Methods Ninety five patients were included in the study and divided randomly into two groups:control group and Tongxinluo group.All patients were treated conventionally,and Tongxinluo group patients received 3 Tongxinluo tablets orally every 8 hours.ET and CGRP in blood plasma were measured in all pateients before and after treatment.Results Compared with the healthy people,a significant elevation of ET,a vasoconstrictive factor and decrease of CGRP,a vasodilative factor,were found during occurrence of the disease.After being administered with Tongxunluo,the level of ET was lower than that in control group,and the level of CGRP was higher than that control group.Conclusion The administration of Tongxinluo in pulmonary heart disease is helpful in lowering pulmonary arterial pressure.更多还原
