【摘要】 目的　检测急性冠脉综合症 (acutecoronarysyndrome ,ACS)患者血浆白细胞介素 1 8(IL -1 8)水平 ,探讨其临床意义。方法　 5 3例冠脉动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者 ,其中ACS患者 32例 ,稳定型心绞痛 (stableanginapectoris ,SCHD) 2 1例 ,所有样本均是入院第 2天清晨空腹取抗凝静脉血 2ml,ELISA法检测血浆IL - 1 8浓度。结果　ACS组IL - 1 8(1 1 3 73± 5 8 4 9)pg/ml;SCHD组IL - 1 8(76 1 3± 4 3 88)pg/ml。两样本均数之间t检验结果为 2 5 2 5 ,P <0 0 5。结论　ACS患者血浆中IL - 1 8水平较SCHD组明显增加 ,提示IL - 1 8是ACS的一项重要的筛检指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the changes and clinical significance of the plasma interleukin 18 in the patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods Fifty three patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography were selected,and plasma levels of interleukin 18 were measured by enzyme linked immunososrbent assay(ELISA)in 32 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and 21 patients with stable angina pectoris (SCHD).Results Patients with ACS had higher levels of plasma interleukin 18 [(113 73±58 49)pg/ml] than patients with stable angina pectoris [(76 13±43 88)pg/ml]( P <0 05).Conclusion The changes of plasma levels of interleukin 18 in acute coronary syndrome may be assiciated with susceptibility of ACS( t =2 525, P <0 05) [更多还原
