吸入性肺损伤犬部分液体通气后一氧化氮、内皮素-1的改变

【摘要】 目的 研究吸入性损伤部分液体通气 (PLV)后一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 1 (ET 1 )的改变。方法 将 1 2条犬制成蒸汽吸入性损伤模型 ,随机分为两组 :对照组和PLV组。所有动物行机械通气 ,伤后1 5hPLV组给予全氟化碳液体 ,剂量为 6ml/kg。于PLV前 ,PLV后 1、 2h采静脉血用于测NO、ET 1。伤后 3 5h放血致死动物 ,测支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)、肺匀浆NO、ET 1。结果 与对照组相比 ,PLV组PLV后 1h血NO下降明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但PLV 2h又后恢复至对照组水平。PLV组肺匀浆ET 1显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 PLV用于吸入性损伤犬能降低血NO水平 ,提高肺匀浆ET 1 ,这是其用于吸入伤治疗中不足的一面

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of NO and ET 1 level in dogs with halation injuries after treatment with partial liquid ventilation(PLV).Methods 12 dogs were injuried by steam inhalation.1 5 h after injuries,all dogs were randornly divided into two groups,gas ventilation group and partial liquid ventilation group.All the dogs received conventional mechanical ventilation.In PLV group,a volume of 6ml/kg perfluorodecalin was given intra_intracheally,and blood was collected at the time of 1 5h,2 5h and 3 5h after injuries for the level of NO and ET 1.3 5 h after injuried all the dogs were killed to measure the level of NO and ET 1 in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)and lung.Results At 1 h after PLV,the level of NO in blood decreased significantly in the PLV group,slihghtly decreased in the control group.The level of ET 1 in the PLV group lung was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion PLV can decrease the level of NO in blood and increase the level of ET 1 in the lung in the dog with steam inhalation.
