【Abstract】 This paper discusses a methodology for constructing a new network schedule from the unaccomplisched portion the lagged original schedule.Based on that,a cost matrix is built on the various values of compressed timing for accomplishing each individual work items on oritical paths.An optimal scheduling plan is obtained through operational research applied on the cost matrix.A case study is demonstrated to showcase the whole process.更多还原
