【Abstract】 It is necessary to seek a new management model for mega-construction project in China, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and applying environments of the traditional management model and main project management model in developed country. It is put forward through combining the need of powerful owner in China that agent construction management (ACM) model is an alternative model fitting current national conditions. Furthermore, the implications and project organizational construct of ACM as well as rights and scopes of ACMer are discussed. An example project carrying out with ACM is presented to illustrate the actual performance.更多还原
