【Abstract】 In the light of the problems about risk management existing in construction enterprises, an approach is introduced to realize the risk systemic management of construction enterprises by establishing the risk management mechanism on enterprise administration levels. A construction enterprise could achieve the goals though adopting the organization structure with the function of supervising and managing risk, developing a common language used in risk management communication, and implementing effective risk management model.更多还原
