【Abstract】 The competition among the enterprises actually is the competition of human resource. How to apply the effective human resource management is a critical problem for all enterprise. Focusing on construction enterprises, this article analyzed the feature of human resource of a construction enterprise and then brought up several suggestions on how to enforce the human resource management of construction enterprises.更多还原
