【Abstract】 With China’s further reform in market economy system, she entry to WTO, environmental changes in construction market, the reform in system of enterprise and the change in manner of management is being carried out, construction enterprise faces an other great challenge and opportunity of not only to stand up to the competition coming from domestic market, but to get the share in international construction market. In this paper, some individual proposals on management thought of construction enterprise is given, after comprehensively analyzing its situations at present.更多还原
