【摘要】 目的 探讨十二指肠损伤的特点,提高十二指肠损伤的外科手术治疗水平。方法 对56例十二指肠损伤临床病例进行分析总结,评价其诊断和手术治疗效果。结果 十二指肠损伤合并其他腹部脏器损伤占81％,十二指肠降部损伤占50％,水平部占27.5％。手术治愈率80％,死亡率20％。结论 掌握十二指肠损伤的特点,注重早期诊断,严格掌握手术适应证,合理选择手术方式,有效的十二指肠减压,加强术后护理,可减少并发症,提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics of duodenum injury and improve surgical treatment of duodenum injury. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases with duodenum injury were reviewed from 1993 to 2003. Results Amalgamating other abdominal organ injury was 81% . Lower location of injury was 50% , and horizontal location was 27.5% . Cure rate was 80% , and the total mortality was 20% . Conclusion The clinical characteristics of duodenum injury should be grasped. Early diagnosis must be paid closer attention, and the choices of operating pattern should be rational. The pressing to the duodenum should be reduced. The complications can be reduced by careful nursing after the operations so that cure rate can be improved.更多还原
