【摘要】 目的 介绍隐神经痛的诊断与局部注射的治疗方法 方法 选择门诊确诊为隐神经痛的患者5例,采用强的松龙混悬液加麻药在膝内面隐神经穿出深筋膜处进行局部注射的治疗方法 结果 5例确诊为此病的患者经过注射治疗,其中3例一周后痊愈,另2例经2次注射后痊愈。结论 对诊断明确的病例,采取强的松龙注射法,可以获得满意的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the diagnosis and treatment of saphenous nerve neuralgia. Methods Five cases of certain diagnosed saphanous nerve neuralgia in out patient department were selected and treated bv local injection of prednisolone plus local anesthetic to the nerve where it is passing through the deep fascia on the inner aspect of knee. Results Pain was relieved immediately after injection for a short time in all cases. Three cases recovered after one week. Two rases recovered after two injections. Conclusion To the certain diagnosed saphenous nerve neuralgia, local injection of prednisolone is the method of choice. Best effect could lie obtained.更多还原
