【Abstract】 Firstly, this article analyses the meanings of non-core Business, core Business, core competitive superiority and their mutual relations. The theoretical basis of Outsourcing of core Business is explained. By development of software industry and analysis of practical case it is in depth explainde, that software firms may practice Outsourcing of core Business.
