模拟链条锅炉层状煤燃烧方法研究
Simulation Study on Layer Combustion in Traveling Grate stoker Boiler
【摘要】 中小型链条工业锅炉是中国现役的主导工业锅炉,数量众多。存在的问题包括出力不足、热效率低下、能源浪费严重、污染物排放超标等。一维移动床模拟链条锅炉层状煤燃烧试验系统提供了一种重要的层状煤燃烧特性研究手段。煤种性质及其颗粒度、颗粒度分布分别构成影响燃烧组织的内、外因素。
【Abstract】 The large lot medium- and small-size boilers are used in China. Some of the technique problems were existed such as low steam generation and low efficiency, high-energy consumption and emission exceeded nation standard. An important layer combustion character research method may provide by the one-dimensional moving bed simulation traveling grate stoker boiler combustion system. The coal property, particle size and its distribution will affect on coal combustion as the internal factor and external factor.
