【摘要】 在分析数据库系统内部功能、确定功能和数据之间的关联以及进行各种数据的组织的基础上 ,阐述了常州市数字城市空间数据基础设施 (CSDI)建设的总体设计思想 ,介绍了作为核心部分的基础空间数据库的结构设计。然后结合常州市近年来CSDI基础数据库建设和应用的成果 ,分析了常州市CSDI空间数据的特点 ,并指出目前常州CSDI建设中存在的不足与今后的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internet, computer technologies and geoinformatics bring the human to the time of "Digital Earth", Digital cities, as the most active nerve cells of digital earth, have been constructed throughout China and the world. In this paper, some research and practice of Changzhou in the digital city construction, especially its city spatial data infrastructure (CSDI) construction, are introduced. In section1, the internal functions of databases, the associations of functions and data are analyzed, and then all kinds of data are organized. In section 2, overall design thinking of Changzhou CSDI and the design of fundamental database--the core of CSDI--is introduced. In section 3&4, combining with the construction and application of Changzhou CSDI fundamental database, some data characteristics of Changzhou CSDI are analyzed. Then in section 5, the last section, the deficiencies in the construction of Changzhou CSDI and some improved means are pointed out.更多还原
