【Abstract】 The evaluation of the teaching has been one of the e ffective ways to the administration of teaching faculty, and also plays a very i m portant role in school administration. The evaluation may directly influence the improvement of the teachers’ qualities and their working enthusiasm, as well as the quality and benefit of the whole school.
