【Abstract】 The new course reform has been brought into practice,and yet the teachers’ present situation and the contents of teacher’s further training differ from the requirement of reform. Whether the new course reform will be successful or not lies in renewing the systems of teachers’ theory concept and knowledge,strengthening the teachers’ education of ethics,psychology and character system,and then change the situation that teachers don’t adapt themselves to the demands of the new course reform.更多还原
